Yes, LOVE IS IN THE AIR. Springtime is for long romps in the forest and the prairie-grass terrain of Wolf Peak Territory.
Spring Has Spring howls and yowls, shapeshifter lovers.
Here on the tame prairie, the bunnies are romping, the birds are chirping and tweeting, the golden eagles are soaring ... on Easter Sunday, an adorable bunny hopped right past the Big Cat as she opened the back door... then bunny halted about forty feet away, and sat for a long while... earlier today a beautiful cardinal sat on a branch close to the kitchen window, and hung out for a long while... and when the Kougaress went outside this morning, a couple of the golden eagles soared low from the their perch on the barn... they are so inspiring.
So, here's a snippet from WAITING FOR A FILLY GIRL ... yeah, due to not-good circumstances, I had to suspend penning Volcano's Weekly Forecast, for now. And, of course, the revision/editing of FILLY GIRL has been slowed... however, I am continuing.

Chapter Eleven: Naked In His Bed
Illumination from the front room haloed her upper body. More than that, the woman he wanted like a damn savage seemed at home in his bed. Drev's heart pounded as if he'd run ten miles over steep mountain trails.
"I am thirsty. You gave me quite a ride...stud." Her soft smile encompassed him.
A bubble of radiance, he thought. She gave a little shake of her head, her long mane tumbling in gorgeous waves.
"In the winter I keep a pot of spiced cider going. Heated it up." Drev told his feet to move again.
"Hope you like the brew." He handed the mug to Keina, and watched her sniff, then take a long sip.
"Delicious. Got to appreciate a man who enjoys cider."
